How long does shipping take?
Orders take 1–3 business days to process and 7–12 business days to deliver across the US. We email your tracking number as soon as it ships.
Does it work in a bright room?
It's made for dark and dimly lit rooms, which is when a fireplace or snowy window actually looks real. At night with the lights off it glows beautifully. In a sunny room during the day the picture will look faded, so save it for evenings.
How do I get the fireplace, snow and Santa scenes?
YouTube is built in. Search for a fireplace, snowy window or Santa sky video and hit play, no phone needed. You can also connect your phone, laptop or a streaming stick through HDMI to play anything you like.
Can it project on the ceiling?
Yes. The head tilts up to 180°, so you can point it at the ceiling for the Santa sky or a starry bedtime scene, or straight at the wall for the fireplace and movies. The picture straightens itself automatically.
Do I need a screen or a special wall?
No. Any plain light-colored wall or ceiling works. A smooth white wall gives the sharpest, brightest picture.
Does it have sound?
Yes, there's a built-in speaker, so you get the crackle of the fire or the movie soundtrack without extra equipment. You can also pair a Bluetooth speaker if you want it louder.
Is it still useful after Christmas?
That's where most people end up using it most. Starry skies and ocean scenes for kids who don't like a dark room, rain on a window for sleep, movie nights, and a spooky scene come Halloween.
Is it a good gift?
It's one of the easiest gifts to give this year. It's small enough to wrap, works for couples, families and anyone living in their first apartment, and it's something most people don't already own.
What if something's wrong with it?
If it arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. For change-of-mind returns, send it back unused in the original packaging within 30 days; return shipping is on you.
